What is a Responsive Website Design?

A responsive website can detect the user browsing device while automatically switch the best screen resolution to fit the browsing device. Which means your website will have a desktop/tablet/mobile version.

Does it include a domain?

Yes, every package comes with a FREE Domain*(.com). If you wish to use other domain extensions like .com.my/.my/biz/cc or any etc, you need to top up a certain amount.

I have my domain, can I subscribe to your service?

Yes,  You can either point your domain to our nameservers or transfer the domain to us. No fee will be charged for the transferring process.

How do I sign up?

Subscribe to one of the package plans available on our website then proceed with payment. Our customer service personnel will reach you by email/whatsapp within 24 hours once the transaction is completed.

Can I cancel the subscription?

What is Content Management System?

Content Manage System (CMS) is the most convenient system which you can add, edit and modify the website’s content anytime at anywhere. We are using WordPress as our CMS system.

What is a Template-based Website Design Layout?

The website is build based on predesignated templates. All templates are crafted beautifully and fit for most major contents. Pick from one of our favorable templates we will replace to your very own contents and images. Your website will be ready in 7 days!

Do I need to choose a template before I subscribe to any website design plan?

Yes. However, if you can’t make up your mind, just contact us, we’ll help you out.

Do I need a web host?

No, your website will be hosted on our server.

What is Unmetered Storage and Bandwidth?

It means you may use as much storage and bandwidth as you wish on your website. Although each image/video is limited to 5MB. We are periodically expanding our storage and bandwidth.

Is there any Hidden Cost?

NO. You only need to pay the subscription and annual renewal fees unless you want to subscribe to add-on digital marketing services.

Can I change the website design layout?

Yes, our website is fully CMS module. You can either do it yourself or we can change it for you (certain fee will be charge). Not to worry, each package comes with one-year unlimited WordPress revision class.  You can do it all by yourselves. Check our class schedule here.

What is the difference between Page, Blog, Gallery and Shop?

The page is referring to a custom web design layout that publishes personalized contents such as “home”, ”about us”, “contact us”, “products”, and more. While blog allows you to update the latest news or it could serve as an archive. Gallery can use as your portfolios showcase and a Shop refers to a website that equips with cart system & payment gateway system.

What is the payment processing fee in the Online Store?

The Online Store comes with two builds in payment gateways. Both payment gateways accept Ringgit Malaysia.

• EGHL
  EGHL will charge 2.8% for every Credit Card transaction (visa/master). While local Internet Banking’s transaction (FPX via Bank Islam Online, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, AmBank Online, PBeBank) The fee is 2.8% or MYR0.70, whichever is higher.

• PayPal
  PayPal only accepts credit or debit cards. The fee for each transaction is 4.4% + RM2.00or lower. To learn more, visit PayPal Fees.
